The obvious change
The obvious change is the 60 pounds off my body; lost even with having an autoimmune disease called hashimotos.
The less obvious change is the transformation that occurred in my head.
I'm happy, I'm free, and I no longer use food to numb feelings.
We only get one body-we need to treat it well.
