So ive been getting bumps/acne like this on my face, thighs and breasts (also my back)

Im convinced it is cystic acne, do you agree?

And how the fuck can i get rid of it or take care of it?

I have become so embarassed because of it on my breasts and thighs.

It gets dark like these are now and just scars like that 😒

Help.

(I wash my face every single day with oil free acne wash and a exfoliating brush (every few days), as well as moisturize and thats all my skin care consists of. Any suggestions would be great.
