HELP... TMI!!!!

Started period 9-28 ended on 10-2 this has came out during sex and when I pee. I have a dr appointment on Monday. What are your thoughts?

UPDATE: went to the dr yesterday and they told me absolutely NOTHING!!! I’m scheduled to have an ultrasound and can’t actually see my GYNO until 12/3. What do I do about the pain??? Ibuprofen and heating pads are working! Should I go to ER to get something stronger? Btw hurricane Michael will be here tomorrow. Yes I live in Florida right where it’s supposed to hit.
