Facebook baby link *names

So I was going through names on one of those links. I came across the name koda. I actually love it. I'm Irish german and my fiance is indian Italian.. (we both have allot more in us other then that but they are the stronger ones)

My fiance is a child of deaf parents. So he is a CODA. Child. Of. Deaf. Adult. So hes not feeling it.. lol

Is the name koda strange? Too "unique"?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and I'm still not sold on a name, every name I pick he shoots down.. we settled on a name but I'm not in love with it..
