Confused????

Question

My daughter had a 24 hour EEG done for seizures. I missed the call from the doctor since I was at work.
She said results are reassuring I will call you Monday morning. 
Is this good? Like she isn’t having seizures?
The wording caught me off guard. 
I won’t hold onto hope from this poll alone I just want others thoughts if this means the results are fine ☺️

Usually if it’s bad news they’ll make you getting results more urgent. If they’re having you wait until Monday it doesn’t seem that urgent or maybe they got backed up. They always say no news is good news.

My son has seizures and when i initially called woth his results they said to call the office to discuss his results. Usually if its nothing concerning they will let you know in the voicemail. I would say everything is going to be good

I’ve never been told over the phone my results. I’m surprised they would tell you. 
Reassuring typically means seizure free though. 
I say “typically” because some people actually need them to show up on the eegs to finally catch one. 
Whatever your case may be I hope it gives you guys the best outcome.
