My baby is 6weeks and I'm hardly pumping 5ml! It bugging me so much! I've done everything!
Yes my pump works and fits properly 
Yes I've tried supplements and teas
Yes I've done hand expression
I'm at a loss... what do I need to do?

Other than getting a consult with a LC, talking to your ob may be a good idea.

There is medication that increases supply, but in my experience it drops back once you stop taking it. Still worth asking Doc. 
With my first, my supply tanked after starting the mini pill and I spent 4 mos trying to get it back. Now with my second (3 mos old), things are better and I have much more perspective in the whole BF-ing drama. 
You mentioned supplements. I have had the most success with More Milk Plus, moringa capsules, and MilkFlow brand drink. 
Drink 3 Liters of water per day, and keep up the oatmeal. Prioritize skin-to-skin time with Bebe as it supports proper oxytocin development. 
Most importantly: please remember that there is no wrong way to feed your child. Do what you can, but release any shame about supplementing with formula as needed. You got this!

Is this combined from both breasts or 5 ml each breast? I actually just got done pumping and got 2.5 from one side and 3 from the other. But it really depends on the time of day and how much I’ve been drinking! It’s 8:30 am here so I haven’t drank much since my 5:30 pump. By the afternoon I’ll be pumping close 4 to 5 ml each breast. 
So I guess what I’m trying to say is that everyone is different! This is my second and I am trying to not worry about numbers. As long as baby is happy, I’m happy. And stressing over numbers will decrease your supply!
As for increasing supply, drink lots of water, Gatorade and Body Armor drinks. Oatmeal in the morning and snack all day long! Don’t worry about losing that baby weight! I made that mistake my first baby and I did not have a Supply at all. 
Just remember, you are doing amazing! Focus on baby!!!

I'm kinda in the same boat. My baby is drinking more, and I'm producing enough to stay about 1-2 feeds ahead. I'm trying to pump at least 8 times a day to see if that works. I am taking fenugreek, eating oatmeal and drinking a lot of water.

If you've tried everything else, honestly, it's just pumping frequently (every 2 hours) and for about 2-5 mins after your last drop of milk. I was in the same place you are and was able to produce 30 oz by 14 weeks, but stressing out also makes it worse. It'll take time. For me it was a very slow gradual increase. You're still super early in the pumping arena. It can be discouraging, but I'm here to tell you you can do it! Just keep it up! And if you are still struggling, maybe talk to a lactation consultant.
