None, because I never had the opportunity to study further than high school.

NONE 🙌🏾🙌🏾 My husband and I were both lucky to not have to borrow student loans. I received a full academic scholarship to Alabama State University and he received a full athletic scholarship to Troy University. Our parents also looked out for our futures. My parents, especially my dad, owed a tremendous amount in student loan debt. Luckily they made pretty good money so it was easy for them to pay back. However, they did not want me to be in that situation so they set up a college fund for me when I was a baby. Since I had a full scholarship for undergrad, I did not have to use any of it, but I used it fund my Master's Degree. My husband's parents also had a college fund set up for him as well. Since he had a football scholarship, he did not have to use the money, but like me, he used it to fund his Master's Degree. Our daughter is only 11 months and already has a pretty good amount in her college fund. By the time she graduates, she will have well over six figures. I thank God my parents did not want me to be in debt and looked out for me and my future. I'm also thankful my in-laws did the same for my husband. It feels GREAT to live debt free. So many of our friends from college owe so much in student loans. One of my sorority sisters owe about $100,000, hopefully some can be forgiven. I know everyone cannot afford to save money for a college fund, but if you can, PLEASE do it for your children. Help them to start a debt free future.

As of this week, $401,000 :) 
Didn’t have to pay much for undergrad but dental school is hella expensive. And this was with a full tuition scholarship. I just graduated in May and haven’t started to pay anything back as yet but it’ll get paid eventually 😂. On top of which, hubby will have his own half a mil in student debt as he JUST started dental school. So together, we’ll be pushing like 900k 😎 (i laugh about it so i don’t worry myself to death). It’s great motivation to open up our own practice.

We had friends who had almost $500k in student debt. He was a med student wanting to be a neurosurgeon though so it’ll pay off eventually, but I almost fainted when he said how much.
