Get rid of BIG calf
I have big calfs. It runs in the family. My family literally calls it the simoni curse. Is there any exercise I can do to get rid of calf fat? I’m really contemplating liposuction for my calf. I’m not self conscious about them I just can’t wear any kind of boot above ankle length. I’ve even tried wide calf boots and my calf’s are still to fat.
