Should i go to er? My back started cramping up so bad walking around Target i had to stop and bend over.. went pee could hardly pull up my pants. No bleeding or cramping though idk what to do im 13 weeks 2 days.

Update: starting to cramp but i think its gas. Im really farty.. maybe the back pain is gas? I put a heating pad under my back and i could hardly lift myself up to put it under.. im getting shaky thinking it’s bc im nervous? I also have diarrhea.. HELP ME
