Am I pregnant? Read please

I have PCOS. I’ve been taking my pills on time every day from last one and a half month. But I took my pill 15 mins late 2 days ago. Also, I took advil cold and sinus for 3 days around a week ago because I had cough and it was extremely bad. I had sex today without a condom and my boyfriend came in me. I’m also considering taking plan B. But is there a chance that taking advil or being 15 mins late could affect the working of pills ? Please help
