Hi, my period is over a week past due, about 3 days before it would have began, I had a very very light spotting type discharge. Me and SO (significant other) had unprotected the night after ovulation. It’s been about a month since that day and my period has yet to pop up. My breasts were very very sore on and off for the past two weeks. Like very sharp awful pains.

I don’t want to feel crazy and I really don’t want to get my hopes up, as we have already suffered loosing our first child at almost 3.5 months. I’m scared to take the test because I’m afraid of a negative.. any suggestions or pointers on when would be the best time to test for a solid result?
