Help me understand PCOS

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS after trying to conceive for a year with no luck. I have long cycles, but every cycle I get a surge on my opk, like the picture below. Does it still mean I am not ovulating? If I am ovulating, we have timing sex perfectly but still no bfp. Any insight?
