Does anyone know how to get hair like this? I love how shiny, silky and beautiful it is. I already have darker long hair like this so if I got hair like this it would look the same. What could I use in my hair? How does it get so shiny? Also so healthy.

Her hair is just freshly coloured and blowdried which makes it shinier. If she just blasted her hair herself after the shower it probably wouldn’t be as shiny. Water and regular trims do help but blow drying your hair properly is what makes it smooth

Eat lots of green vegetables, drink lots of water, take an omega 3 supplement everyday, don’t use blow dryers, straighteners or curling irons unless you absolutely have to, wash your hair every other day, use a hair mask once a week, and get regular trims every 6 weeks!
