Which is better and why?
I’ve always thought it was important to have protein with every meal. Per my doc,
This isn’t true. (I’m having excess protein in my urine) so he thinks I need to stick to chicken, fish, eggs etc. and eliminate other meats / be more vegetarian ish since my digestive system is out of whack.
So I’m wondering if this whole eat often to keep metabolism going is also unnecessary?
Often I eat snacks even if I’m not hungry because I’m under the impression that it keeps metabolism going.... thoughts ??
