6 weeks preg and bleeding

Long story but has spotting sat am (brown/pink) got checked internal os in cervix firmly closed but some blood, hcg 630. 9pm Sat night reddish blood. Sunday am a bit more red blood checked again and internal os still shut but bleeding a fair amount - threatening to miscarry. From 3pm today bleed has significantly reduced and now pink not red. I still have cramp but not as bad. Hcg to be repeated tomorrow to check pregnancy is continuing. I don’t want to have false hopes but any success stories of threatening to miscarry but still pregnant
