My sister tells me to start at 18 months. She says with their first they waited until little after 2 and it took him much longer to get it then his younger brothers who started at 18 months.

My nephew who is 16 months has already began potty training. So no 2 years old isn’t too early.... every baby is different

No, some people start babies at 6 months!  My little one is 14 months and I have started.  When I sit on it so does she.
