could i be pregnant

i am on no contraception, had sex 2 weeks ago unprotected and got the emergency pill the next morning. i got my period 5 days after and it seemed regular, i have since had a light pink discharge after (photo below after 9 days) could this be an sti or should i take a pregnancy test?
