Hello ladies! I’m very early pregnant, had this spotting(see pic)

Went to ER yesterday they did an ultrasound before they got my HcG levels back and didn’t see anything. Long story short, my HcG level was 600 so they said too early to see anything just yet on ultrasound and everything should be fine. Going to get my levels checked tomorrow. I have this spotting but there is nothing on my pantyliner, only when I wipe. Any ladies had this and had a good pregnancy? Thanks!

I'm having this same thing but my doctor are playing around with me they are sending me to see a radiologist for mennorragia as a diagnosis or uterine fibroids. My first referral was for a transvaginal ultrasound and I am pretty sure I seen finger or toes when the technician put the mouse up just a little in 4D and in color. So I asked my doctor to send me back and that's when they started with the bogus referrals. I'm glad the last radiologist explained to me that she check organs and not my pelvic area. I told her I was bleeding she said there's no way you'd be bleeding from a organ out your vagina it's something going on in your pelvic area and she can't do the ultrasound because of the diagnosis the doctor put on the referral. I was so upset and this has been a rough time because I can't call off work but I plan to explain this to the ER. Now outside of all this the docs never had my blood work now they have it and still said nothing about pregnancy but still sent me to see a radiologist for menorragia 🤦 I asked on Glow has any women test negative for pregnancy blood test most said no but I read a ectopic pregnancy you would. Then they start bickering about if It was a ectopic pregnancy I'd know. All I think about is this hospital visit and if they have to keep me... When u said the docs didn't see anything in your blood work what do you mean positive for pregnancy?? Or just didn't see your HCG levels???
