Sleep Sack vs Swaddling :: Newborn (0-3mo)
I’m doing some research on swaddling versus sleep-sacks. I can’t seem to find much information specifically on sleep-sacks and newborns, though every sleep-sack brand has sizes from 0 onward. The few articles I’ve read seem to be in favour of sleep-sacks some even suggesting swaddling is dangerous. What’s your opinion? Is swaddling outdated?
