Baby Registry Wording - Help!

In need of your wording ideas! 😊

So I have created a baby registry on Babylist.com because the only places to shop in my little town are Walmart, Shopko and a handful of local boutiques. I am trying to figure out a way to tell guests that because of the limited amount of local stores, they can find something similar to what I have on the registry and then mark that item as purchased on Babylist (to let other people know they got that). Babylist gives a space at the top of the registry to write a note to friends and family, so I would like to put it there. I have also written “Something like this” on most of the items I linked as well as have multiple links to where that item can be found online or a big box store (Amazon, Target, Buy Buy Baby, etc).

Basically I’m wanting to give people an idea of what we need, but leave it open to where they want to get it from. We also aren’t finding out the gender, so on a few items I wrote “Something like this - neutral colors preferred”.

1. Does this sounds alright? As a guest would you like this/would it be easy to understand? Has anyone done something like this?

2. How do I word basically everything I wrote up there but in a cute, gracious and simple way? 😅
