Washing Thinx underwear

Hiii, so I’m really looking forward to using my thinx underwear for the first time, but I’m concerned on how to wash it.. what has been your experience? Can I just wash it with all my other clothes (t-shirts and pants) or with which items can I best wash these underwear’s? Also the package said to wash cold, my washing machine goes “cold-cold” and “cold-warm” I’m not familiar with either settings, please help!! :D
