Discharge

Hey guys... Im 20 n i been having a discharge since i first started having a period at 12 n everytime i go to the doctor they tell me its normal but it messes up my painties ik to wear pantie liners n stuff but im tired of the discharge its not attractive. Its always a different type of discharge one day it can be creamy n one day its water or one day its just clear so im worndering is there something wrong with me health wise or is it really just normal (sometimes it has a smell but not all the time)
