Feeling incredibly pregnant!!

I am 14 weeks and one day and all of a sudden I’m pretty sure everything just popped out and moved up... I am dealing with crazy indigestion and am having a hard time getting comfy when I lay down now...My morning sickness and fatigue are better, but didn’t think I would be this uncomfortable so suddenly!
