Unusual for me

So my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 6 years. Usually I have sore boobs the week before and I am really cramping before I start. But this cycle has been different. No sore boobs, no cramping, oh and I am cold all the time, which even my husband said it is weird. This month we tried preseed to see if it would help. Took a test on Wednesday and it was negative and supposed to start today. There is also some nausea. Could these be signs?

Update: still no af and it’s getting really hard to not test again.
