So confused

So just got back from the doctors as thought I had a water infection I’m 4 weeks 5 days pregnant had very strong positives but doctor did a test and it’s negative 👎🏻 no water infection said if I have any pains or back ache continues to go back as could be etopic pregnancy I’m so scared and worried has any had a negative after a positive and everything was okey ?
