Need help increasing my supply! :(
I’ve decided to pump and supplement with formula. We give our baby whatever breastmilk I can pump first and then formula if needed. I’ve been pumping every 2-3 hours but I only can get 1.5-2oz COMBINED from both breasts...
So jealous of everyone with such a high milk supply! Any help or tips to increase mine would be appreciated. I use the Ameda Finesse pump that my insurance gave me.
