Pregnancy after birth control

Ruby • Scuffedboots

I just stopped taking my birth control (tri-sprentic) because my husband and I are trying for a baby. How long after you stopped/got off birth control were you able to concieve? Some articles I read said it usually takes around 6 months for your ovulation cycle to become regular enough for pregnancy, and others I read said that it made it easier for some women to conceive right away. Just curious as to what to possibly expect.
