HELP ME

So my period has been every 2 weeks spot on, well I’m a week late on my period, I’ve had some cramping, I had sex on the 28th-29th no signs of period or any bleeding until I wiped today I saw little streaks of red, I’ve taken a test and it’s been negative... could this be my period coming? Or implantation?
