So my husband and I have been having sex every 3 days but according to the app I ovulate tomorrow. However I’ve felt nauseous for the past 3 days. It’s too early to take an at home test but I did anyway. And I came out with a vvvfl. But is it possible that I’m pregnant even before I ovulated? Also only have one tube due to ectopic.

I took a test today and it looks negative to me. I’m so early to test for sure. So now I’m all confused.
