Do I even ovulate?!

Sooo for starters I’m not on birth control. I get symptoms of ovulation like mid cycle cramping but I don’t have the egg white CM at all. Like I don’t ever have it. I only have creamy CM. Am I even ovulating?! Could I still get pregnant with creamy CM if I feel I’m ovulating??

Cm doesn’t indicate ovulation. It can help give you signs it may happen, but it’s not a reliable sign. EWCM is a result of rising estrogen. Estrogen triggers LH to surge, which may cause ovulation. There are so many different hormones causing effect in our bodies and they all cause different things. It’s a balancing act. 
Use opks and chart bbt- try for a month or two, it may help put your mind at ease. If still no clear signs of ovulation, go see a doctor.

Nobody here will be able to tell you If you’re ovulating. You can buy opks and test and also do bbt tracking. Finally you can also see a gynecologist and they can test to make sure you’re ovulating.
