So I’ll probably sound stupid but I never had cramps before I had an IUD placed and then over 3 years my cramps were so so bad they were stabbing and constant never aching just constantly felt like I was being stabbed in the pelvic region.

I had my iud taken out and they went away, yay!

So I don’t actually know about regular cramping. I’ve heard ovulation cramps are “pinching” what about typical period? And for implantation is it achy/dull or?! Thanks for any help ☺️

*i am 8dpo and AF is expected on 10/15
