Motivation help!!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for help to motivate me to eat better and workout. I’m currently 15+2 due end of March 2019 and was pretty active pre-pregnancy doing Zumba 3-4 nights a week and running around after my 2 year old toddler. I had a BMI of 24.

Since that positive pregnancy test and the first trimester fatigue and nausea, I have been eating the CRAPPIEST food and being so LAZY and tired and I just know I’m gaining more weight than necessary 😩.

I’m just having such a hard time staying motivated and coming up with yummy healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner options. Anyone have crave-able recipes? Any fun pregnancy workouts? Any mental games I can play with myself? Lol
