Any other waitress moms?

I waitress four days a week sometimes 5 or 6. I don’t work more than 5 hours at a time but I just had a question! I carry one bucket of ice up the stairs and I carry trays of food. Is this ok? Anyone else have input?

I’m a server, the restaurant I’m at is huge and we handle a lot of volume daily, so I’m taking around 20k steps a day average, the plates we use are also extremely heavy I lift them everyday but I won’t lift the ice buckets or anything because my coworkers won’t let me lol

29 weeks pregnant and I'm a waitress!  I work from  4 -12,5days a week.

As long as it feels okay to you. If you feel like you are straining then it’s probably too much but if it feels perfectly normal for you then you are probably fine (: just follow whatever your body is telling you and don’t push yourself too hard
