So i undoubtably had some contractions today, not the cramping come and go BH, full back pain wrapping around into the front tightness. Since then i am completely miserable, to get up and walk the pressure is not fun, and i feel like i have to poop, but nothing. I have noticed LO has not moved as much today. Which is concerning to me, i have an appt tomorrow 37 and 4..

my stomach is tight hard nearly constant which is pretty uncomfortable..... sooooooo my question is what should i do? I keep thinking make it to my appt tomorrow, but what if they don’t check me. I can tell you that i haven’t felt like this at all in the last 9 months
