Sciatic Nerve Pain 🤦🏻♀️
OMG I have never felt such pain while walking, even when I broke my leg as a child. I go to the chiropractor once a month for Webster Technique but leave in more pain than when I get there (whole other topic, lol). Anyone else suffering? Anything I can do at home to help? Short of taking pain medicine, though I will do that as a last resort. Just not a huge medicine fan overall. #HELPME
