General anaesthetic Ttc

I’m due to have a general anaesthetic to have my tonsils removed on the 5th November. Have been ttc since June and had a miscarriage in august. According to glow I will be around 10dpo on the day of my operation. Should I keep going with Ttc this month or skip it? Anyone know the risks?
