These say to use first morning urine but other LH test say to not use first morning. I’m confused. Anyone else use these? When do you use it?

I used these and always did first mornings urine. They detect both estrogen and LH, instead of just LH so I think that’s why 😊

I use these when I get off work anytime between 4pm-6pm and it still worked for me.

Use first morning until you get your high  then you can hold your urine for 4 hours and test again. I use the one that connects with Bluetooth so to be honest same test strips just different holder

If this one says use first thing in the AM that’s what I’d do. All of mine I always used evening urine, but I never used this brand.
