Hcg beta levels - should I worry?

Ok I’m terrified. I got my hcg levels tested at about 13 dpo/3 days after implantation bleeding. Doc called and said that my hcg level was 43 and progesterone was low, so I got on progesterone supplement.

Does that hcg level sound low to y’all??? She didn’t sound concerned but I’m freaking out.
