File for divorce

How do I go about filing for divorce and child support, do I go to my local court? We’ve been separated for a year and it’s clear we will never get back together.

Any advice or things to keep in mind?

Also, yes my kid is 100% more important than my emotions, I’ll send you his phone number so that you can remind HIM of that 🤣 he is the one trying to make this about us, I’m done with his ass, he never spends time with his kids when he has them and provides zero support over the past year so yeah.. 🤚🏼
