Make up recommendations?

I’ve tried quite a few foundations and I can never get quite a finish that isn’t Cakey. I’m looking for something more high coverage but can’t quite find anything that doesn’t cake or dry my face up.

Primers? Toners? Setting sprays?

My routine includes washing my face with MIG cleansing bar, MIG toner, then I use NO 7, MK serum, and MIG blackberry serum. Then I use the hylamide HA blur, and Primer, Faraali skin tune blur, and unicorn essence, then stay spray from SEINT. I try to exfoliate once a week, I use SEINT cream makeup because it blends and melds wonderfully with my skin. I set my makeup with morphed setting spray. My makeup stays all day. I have combination/oily skin.

I found that the Hylamide line pore delete, with the primer, and stay spray keeps my makeup in place all day. It's by Deciem and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

UD all nighter or Estée Lauder double wear. ES is a little drying, IMO (I have dry skin). Also, Urban decay has AWESOME primers and setting sprays and make sure you’re using a good moisturizer beforehand.

To have a less cakey look after I finish my face I set it with a setting spray and dab it with a beauty blender. Then I’ll go in again a few mins after. Maybe go with a hydrating primer too depending on your skin type!

what if you tried a lighter coverage foundation or bb cream but used a full coverage concealer?!

Try exfoliating your face before applying makeup, that’s definitely helped my issue with it looking caked on. As for setting spray, try the catrice illuminating spray, I have extremely dry skin and that spray does wonders. And it’s inexpensive too.
