Overwhelming symptoms from trigger?

Hello. I am 5dpt/4dpiui and these symptoms are unreal! I'm still super tender in my lower abdomen. My boobs hurt like crazy and I'm super emotional. Plus I had to stop mid-massage because I was so nauseous I thought I was going to puke. This is my 2nd IUI cycle, same trigger/same dose, and I definitely did not feel like this last time. IUI #1 I had light nausea the day after trigger and bloating and cramping for a couple days. Nothing this severe or long lasting. Any ideas why? Should I call the RE?

I am not sure. But my experience,my boobs were in fire and hurting so much since the first day of the shot,and i got pregnant that month(first shot,not iui),but than i mc. 
Now i am in the same dose and i am 14dpt and still not feeling enything,not my boobs,nothing like the first month.
So if you are experiencing this for the first time i realli hope you get pregnant. The best of luck and baby dust

I had a very similar experience last cycle. I don’t normally get those type of symptoms with pms (or pms symptoms that early) so I asked my dr if it was because of the shot and she didn’t think so, but I don’t know why my symptoms would have been so different if it wasn’t. Anyway, I’m now 5dpiui again and I swear I’m having the same pms like symptoms but almost exclusively on the side of my shot. I can’t tell if it’s in my head or real at this point. I’ve seen posts though where people have symptoms the whole time and end up pregnant, so who knows! I’m not sure this helped but wishing you luck!
