Hormonal. IMO. Try to find a pregnancy safe toner to help balance the pH and make sure you are using a light exfoliant+daily moisturizer. I would talk to your esthetician or dermatologist when you get a chance.

Did you use any new soap? Try new food? Be around any animals? Try to think if there was anything you aren’t normally around or any new products you may have come in contact with.
