Does the baby move during contractions?

I’ve been getting this sharp pain but I feel the baby move during the pain not sure what’s going on

I think it's just them jabbing down lower. Don't think they're contractions unless you get the same when they don't move. I've been having this for weeks. Some days worse than others.
