Calf muscle cramps at night?

Lately when I'm rolling over in bed or stretch out a leg I get really bad cramp in my calf muscles. I thought maybe I was dehydrated so have been drinking more through the day but it doesn't seem to help! Anyone else getting cramps at night?

Happens to me if I stretch out my legs too. I have to remember not to do it or I'm almost in tears.

Yes!! I find putting my foot on the floor helps so I just stand up lol..9/10 I need a wee anyway ..😂

And it totally doesn’t help that we are beached whales in pain and cannot “Jump” out of bed but wallowing in pain as we roll ourselves out of bed with one leg! My OB told me to drink a whole bottle of water before bed and then every time I get up to go to the bathroom take a really good drink of water. You’ll be up and down more but it hasn’t happened to me since!

Common in pregnancy. I just started getting them this week too!  My mom swears by a spoonful of yellow mustard, says it makes it stop and the pain go away

Yep! Im very careful when I stretch. Lol Try eating a banana before bed.
