Wow that's insanely early. The high school around here starts at 9:15. They just changed it a few years ago when studies came out about anxiety and depression and poor academic performance in teens being related to poor sleep. My high school started at 8.

I’m a high school teacher and that is insane!! Most schools start at or around 7:45 in my experiences. If anything I’ve heard high schools moving towards a later start time not earlier! I’m sorry girl.

I had to be at school at 7:30 when I was in HS. Now I have to be at work at 7:30 and it’s just as bad

Honestly, I think it's a good thing bc it dont get any easier! Get used to getting up early now bc it never stops haha I get up at 4 am! On the bright side, your classes probably end at what,  2 or 2:30?
