very faint line showed immediately! LINE EYES PLZ

Period is due in 2 days , no signs of AF coming like I normally get. I have been nauseous on and off for a couple days and super tired. Took a test and this VERY faint line showed immediately. It's there but hard to see. Do I consider this a positive? I plan on testing again in a couple days but just looking for advice ! Thanks ladies
