Thick creamy cm TMI btw

I think I could be pregnant, when I was pregnant before I had milky creamy discharge

And now I'm having thick creamy discharge and was told that it's a sign of pregnancy

I have no uti or yeast infections. I'm also having alot of diarrhea like I did when I was pregnant with my daughter did anyone else have these as symptoms or have this cm?
