What type of workouts are you ladies doing??
My boyfriend is a pre and postnatal certified personal trainer and I’ve been trying to get at least 3 workouts a week as well as at least two yoga sessions.
What are your workouts looking like??
Are you lifting? Tabata? H.I.I.T? What are you doing for fat burners?
I used to train hard and 4 times a week plus 3 yoga classes a week so I’m just trying to stay on top of it. I was just curious on what other moms are doing to stay on top of it.
