BD Schedule??

So ladies— how do you go about fertile week?? 
We usually do every other day from CD12, then when I get my positive- every day for a few days. Last month we did twice on positive OPK day. And use preseed 
 Curious what you all do!

We do every other day until positive OPK then do that day and 2 more days...then SMEP would have you skip a day then do one more day for good measure...sometimes we skip that extra day though 🤷🏻‍♀️

We are switching it up! We were doing every day but then after DH got his SA back, though the numbers were okay, the motility was a little on the low end so we are going to do every other day this week! We have used preseed the past two months so we will do that again because we still have some left :)
