2 days ago my lower stomach started feeling hard and I have trouble sucking it in when I try, I started having a little bit of browish discharge since yesterday when I wipe, Today its browish with a little (barely) blood. My period is 9 days away and I had a normal period last month, I always do. I even took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative but im thinking it was wrong idk. Could I be pregnant? are these typical signs of early pregnancy? or could it be some kind of disease? PLEASE HELP :(

More info: Around september 1st i had unprotected sex with my bf of 1 year and he accidentally came in me bc he always pulls out its never been a problem I took a plan B a few hours later. The next week around September 6th I went to planned parenthood, got an STD test and turns out i had Chlamydia so did he. we got the treatment around September 7th and around the 21st I got my period.

I didnt know i had it or how long i had it for and he was surprised as well. Im pretty sure i gave it to him, i never had symptoms and he didnt either which is weird.

But now all that i explained in the beginning is happening to me and i have no idea whats going on.
